NSW - Central Coast & BlacktownThe most affordable home value sitting at $422,557 in the suburb of San Remo.
QLD - Ipswich, Somerset & RedlandThe cheapest suburbs are within the Ipswich, Somerset and Redland Council areas, with a median value of $214,991.
ACT - Taylor,Canberra is one of the country’s least affordable cities, with only one suburb – Taylor – recording a median house price below $400,000.
