• Install an Air Conditioner- especially if you’re in a hot city like Brisbane, Perth etc
• Install a Dishwasher- who likes doing dishes??
• If there is no garage, install a simple carport or shade sail
• Install Sensor Lighting/Security Screens
• Allow pets
• A coat of paint
• Fix up the garden or provide regular garden maintenance
• Install new carpets
• Offer an extended/long term lease
• New blinds/curtains
• Provide more storage options
• Improve the property’s security features
• Update the bathroom/kitchen

• Arrange for access to the NBN
