Maximum Loan amount:$200,000,000.00 (larger loans considered)

Loan terms:12-36 Months (Longer terms considered)

Indicative rates:4.5% - 12.5% per annum

Purpose:Construction Land & Acquisitions 

Pre Sales:Can vary upon review of project 

Borrower:Incorporated entity

 

Immediate Funding (Facility Guideline):

Minimum Loan Amount:$50,000

Maximum Loan Amount:$50,000,000 larger loans considered

Loan term:Minimum 1 month

Turnaround:Same day if security is available

Valuation fee:Quoted per application Business & Commercial

Indicative Approval Time:Within an hour of receiving completed application form
